  • We provide a complete 24-hour soak to remove the existing skin, preparing it for the new design.

• Customized Skin Application:

  • Our meticulous 25-stage process ensures the flawless application of your new skin.
  • You have the option to use your current design or choose a different one of your preference.
  • The image is top-coated with Cerakote, the world's leading clear coat, for long-lasting durability.
  • We allow the image to cure for a full 5 days, ensuring optimal adherence and a superior finish.

• Full Sharpening:

  • Our skilled sharpening team meticulously inspects each blade under an illuminated magnifying glass for damage, straightness, and sharpness.
  • We perform a gentle reshaping process, minimizing metal removal to preserve the scissors' structural integrity and longevity.
  • The sharpening is conducted using state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring precise results.
  • Any burrs along the cutting edge are removed using a Japanese waterstone, restoring the natural line.

• Three-Stage Sharpening and Polishing:

  • Our three-stage sharpening process utilizes 4,000 grit, 6,000 grit, and 10,000 grit waterstones, delivering the ultimate cutting edge.

• Reassembling and Testing:

  • We meticulously reassemble the scissors, checking the pivot screw for damage and replacing it with a standard screw if necessary, free of charge.
  • The washer and bearing are replaced as a standard practice, regardless of their condition.
